Customizing your Room

You can customize your Room to match your company's branding so your customers and prospects have a more unified experience.

From the main Rooms screen, you can make cosmetic modifications by click on the settings icon.

In the window that opens, you can update your Organization name, upload your company's logo, and change the accent colors to match your brand's colors.

Note

You can upload your logo file in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, and .gif, with a recommended size of 320x320.

As you make changes to your logo and branding, the right side of the window will update to show a preview of the customer view of your Room.

Customizing Logo & Branding from the Metrics Dashboard

You can also customize your logo and branding from the main Rooms dashboard by clicking on the settings button.
