Rooms offers a branded invite and signup process that streamlines the customer's first-time access experience.
When your customer first receives an invite via email, they will see a branded email with a button that takes them directly to your Room.

After they click the "Accept and Go" button, they will be brought to a screen where they can create credentials to log in to your Room.
After they create their login, they will be presented with your Room and will be able to see your security documents.
