You can invite team members to collaborate as administrators for your Room from any screen in your Room. You can click on the Add person button
In the next window, you can invite a user via email.
When inviting team members, you can also select their role from a list of roles you've created or designate a new role.
You can also invite team members as collaborators through the collaborators menu which you can access from any screen in your room. Just click on the "Collaborators" button.
The button will display the number of collaborators you have invited to administer your room
In the window that opens, you can see all of your current collaborators.
To invite a team member to administer your room, click "Invite Team Member"
In the next window, you can invite a user via email and set their role.
You can manage the Collaborators you've invited to administer your room from the "Collaborators" menu on any screen in your Room.
In the window that opens, you can make edits to your team members
